FREE CANCELLATION if more than 90 days before arrival date
Penalty of 10% of the total amount if the reservation is cancelled between 30 and 90 days before the arrival date.
Penalty of 20% of the total amount if the reservation is cancelled between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date
Penalty of 30% of the total amount if the reservation is cancelled between 7 and 15 days before the arrival date.
Penalty of 40% of the total amount if the reservation is cancelled between 3 and 7 days before the arrival date
Penalty of 60% of the total amount if the reservation is cancelled between two and three days before the arrival date.
The full amount of the reservation will be collected if the cancellation is made the day before or on the day of arrival.
